Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” - Carl Sagan

OVERVIEW

MagEnergy's mission is to research, test and trial new paradigm renewable energy technologies.

This necessarily means exploring the most promising 'fringe' techological discoveries and verifying the truth or otherwise of the claims being made by inventors. Building prototype models and testing through a rigorous regime is a fundamental component of our "evidence based" research.

In addition, the following discovery first published in Nature back in 1996 is a core area of research and development.

One of the greatest puzzles of modern physics - how earths magnetic field is generated - has been solved.
Scientists at Columbia University's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory in Pallisades, New York, have detected and measured the motion of Earth's inner core to unravel the problem that Albert Einstein saw as the most important facing science.
By studying Earth's interior they found the planets solid iron inner core is spinning faster than the planet itself.
Sound wave data collected from earthquakes and other explosions since the mid 1960s showed the the inner core, completes an additional revolution to the Earth every 400 years. This equates to about 20 kms on the surface at the equator every year. Very fast in geological time given that tectonic plate movement is measured in cm's. The solid iron core, first discovered by seismological research in 1936, rotates because it is surrounded by a much larger liquid-iron outer core and is having a twisting effect within it. TOGETHER, THE TWO FORM A GIANT ELECTRIC MOTOR.

Among several areas of investigation one focus for research within the Magenergy group is how to convert the energy thus generated into usable electric power for every house. The ramifications of achieving such an outcome are very significant

Magenergy is exploring the opportunities this novel approach provides with the intention to produce an electric field conversion system as a renewable energy source. Imagine if you will, a 50cm3 unit producing sufficient electric power to safely satisfy the general needs of a normal household.
This is based on the premise that since a significant source of energy has already been generated through natural causes, this may offer a new paradigm renewable energy generation source and subsequent conversion technology opportunities.
Although the Earths electric field is considered relatively weak, advances in the ability to amplify and 'step up' electric current levels are expected to open the door to a hitherto unknown power source for every home.
